About This Service
Our 24/7 Personal Support Services offer around-the-clock assistance for participants with high needs. This service ensures that help with daily tasks is available every hour, day or night, so that participants can remain safely at home.
We tailor support plans to each person’s routine – for example, assisting with morning and evening hygiene or meal preparation – while building trusting relationships over time. Notably, people in shared homes often receive “24/7 support at a standard level” for personal care, meal preparation, and community access.
By having familiar carers on hand at all times, participants feel secure and supported in their daily lives.
Examples of Support
Some examples included in this service would be:
Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Meal planning, preparation, and feeding support
Mobility and transfer assistance for safe movement
Medication reminders and management
Household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
Night-time monitoring and emergency response availability
What is Included?
Participants receive a personalised support plan covering all agreed-upon daily tasks. Our staff will work alongside each participant to determine their needs - for example, we might assist with breakfast and morning routines, help with household chores, and later support an afternoon outing - and provide seamless care throughout the week. Support workers also spend time coaching participants in self-care skills.
For instance, while helping to prepare meals, a worker may guide a participant to learn cooking techniques or manage a recipe. By covering tasks from medication reminders to meal prep and personal hygiene, this service helps participants practice independence under supervision.
Participants can expect reliable assistance with everything from morning routines through bedtime, always aligned with their individual goals and comfort levels.
